Birra scura ispirata ai Barley Wine inglesi. Dal colore ambrato e carico tendente al marrone, presenta una grande struttura e complessità, con profumi di malto, liquirizia e torrefazione, mitigate da una morbida eleganza. Calda e avvolgente, è una birra da meditazione che si presta ad un prolungato affinamento in bottiglia.
A dark beer inspired by English barley wines. Densely amber, almost brown in colour, it has a complex and generous structure having scents of malt, liquorice and roast coffee, all mitigated by a soft elegance. Warm and comforting, it is a meditative drink which gives of its best after ageing in the bottle.

Birra da fine pasto, si abbina a formaggi molto stagionati ed erborinati, frutta secca, dolci a base di cacao, cioccolato fondente, tabacchi.
